An absolute disgrace. Delivery expected between 7-10am today, no attempt to contact me, no attempt being made to deliver. Apparently the delivery failed due to a "system error from their end". The person I spoke to said he was going to "escalate this concern to his driver compliance department" - Absolute twaddle. What does that even mean? From the conversation I had, it sounds like they have no idea where the item is, and they offered no alternative date when they could deliver it. To be frank, I am not sure I want them to given this shambles today. I only found out when I looked to see if there was a progress update on the order, they made no attempt to contact me at all, despite them knowing this was not going to be deliverable well in advance of me finding out. I found a delivery attempted status on the tracking page. Delivery not in the slightest attempted. Took a day off work at short notice to take delivery. Had they bothered to tell me I could have gone in and booked a different day when they decided to actually try to deliver it. You should be able to give no stars.
