⭐ 1-Star Review Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Respect for Customer’s Time I placed an online order on June 1st for four Kelly tires, including installation. BJ’s scheduled me for an installation appointment on June 9th at 8:00 AM located in 17250 nw 57 st , Hialeah I showed up on time—only to be told that the tires had not even arrived from the supplier. This was never communicated to me in advance. I drove 5.8 miles in heavy traffic, wasted my morning, and arrived late to work. Now I have to reschedule and ask for more time off just to try again. This kind of poor coordination and lack of respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. BJ’s should not schedule appointments for services they are not ready to fulfill. Very disappointed and seriously reconsidering continuing my membership.
