STILL waiting to get my item delivered.
A week ago they were supposed to deliver my item but their driver got sick so they needed to reschedule. That's fine. We rescheduled to Friday and were supposed to be first priority. Instead they delayed until all the roads around our place were closed so they were unable to make the delivery.
Now we were rescheduled to Monday with high priority. Monday morning, they sent me a message that said they were unable to LOCATE the package so they won't be able to deliver it AGAIN today (3rd time) and will have to reschedule. This was 10 hours ago and I am STILL waiting for them to find the package so they can contact me to deliver it.
This is by far the worst delivery experience I've had and it is 100% the team's fault.
