The experience was appalling. The driver displayed threatening behaviour towards my partner while she was holding our 3-month-old baby. This happened when concerns were raised about damage they caused to our property, the driver became aggressive (the other person remained friendly, and said he sometimes gets like this). I refused to sign until they acknowledged responsibility, yet they went on to falsify my signature. This is not only unprofessional but also potentially fraudulent, coupled with leaving my partner in tears. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.
