Would not recommend this to ANYONE. Completely unprofessional and unorganized company - coming up with excuses for not delivering to my doorstep like I had paid for. Funnily enough I received a sofa delivery just 30 minutes before they called and started delaying my package. They asked me to come and pick the package (which was an unassembled bed by the way) from the car park (???) Peak unprofessionalism was when they started speaking in their own language while we were on a three way call with the head office. I had to point out to them how impolite it is to start speaking a third language which the customer does not understand. After reading these reviews I’m actually thinking this company needs to be shut down. Pathetic.
