Absolutely awful. I filled in the online forms with my exact postcode to have something collected, then I got a call to say they couldnt do it as my postcode was wrong. No matter what I said they refused. Next thing they turned up, but it was to deliver to my neighbour in the same block. They still insisted they couldnt pick my return up even though they were at my actual address and they were ringing me thinking I was my neighbour while I was standing next to them! They were rude and Incompetent and were talking about me and laughing, thinking I couldnt hear. They finally took my return but my neighbour said she'd had a nightmare too. Unfortunately Ive ordered from another shop and they are using this delivery company again. Please check before you buy from any shop what delivery service they are using.
