Should be called bookings-con Had guest from Italy checkout yesterday and upon arrival the place was a mess and glasses and hairdryer missing/ stolen. Tried to submit a claim but the guest declined it and BDC won't pay out. Now I have to deal with a retaliated 1 star review So to sum it up, guests can come, steal, and there's nothing you can do about it. Then you will be hit with a retaliated one-star review
