I booked a flight online with booking.com, the was canceled by Spirit Airline due to lack of inventory. Spirit credited my refund however Booking.com charged me $100 to issue the credit. Although I’m only one person, I will never use the service again. Why would the consumer paid the cost when the carrier cancelled the service?
