Bought a set of Wishbone Chairs on discount in January. There were some delays due to Brexit and Covid but the customer service had been very helpful and transparent, even noting to me when the goods are being held in customs. The only thing was that when I received a notification for delivery it was quite sudden but given lockdown we're always at home so was able to take the delivery without any issues. But all 4 chairs have now been received and I am very happy with them. The Walnut stain is not as dark as my other walnut furniture, but small point to pick given that the chairs are so much cheaper than anywhere else I found. Quality seems pretty sturdy and they are very comfortable. I once bought an Eames office chair from them as well and loved it. So far I would recommend them based on by 2 experiences.
