Had a slightly unsettling feeling the moment I ordered my chair from this company. It took 2 weeks to arrive, despite stating "in stock" at the time of order. It arrived well flat-packed but was missing 1 of the 5 wheels required, rendering it unusable. Called them immediately asking for the missing wheel to be sent. Received a very vague response - was asked to send video evidence of item missing (?!) and a copy of my shipping label and was promised someone would respond asap. 24 hours have passed and no one has replied.
