I gotta say, having to deal with the couriers was starting to seriously get on my nerves recently, but the by kallevig customer service really helped me not lose my cool about it. I was provided with the tracking number once that my parcel was sent out and I saw that my package was out for delivery, so I cleared out the rest of my day and sat at home waiting for the courier to come by. The hours went by and nothing. I started to get seriously frustrated as it’s not easy for me to simply take a whole day off so I reached out to by kallevig cs agents to see what was all this about. The girl on the other end of the phone line was very pleasant, took my order number and promised to look into the issue for me. I stated that losing another day in waiting for the delivery wasn’t an option. I am very, very glad that they acted on this and reached out to the courier. Maybe half an hour ago, I got a call from the driver who apparently couldn’t find my building and for whatever reason had wrong contact number. The delivery happened a bit later that day and the office chair I got is absolutely superb. I am very grateful to the agents of by kallevig for helping me to deal with this frustrating situation and saved me from having to lose yet another day to get my product!
