Delayed delivery but I was kept updated by live chat and over the email. Good service and lovely quality chair that is worth the wait. It was well packed when arrived, I was a bit worried about the damages but the chair arrived completely flawless. In the box you receive all necessary information and tools to assemble it so it was very easy to assemble the chair
