My apologies for having to bring this matter to your attention but I have no one else to turn to.
The email below is only a small of my total dissatisfaction with the way my daughter and I have been treated by your company over the past 6 days.
I will outline my grievance under separate cover, but ask you in the meantime to get involved in my immediate issue. To provide my daughter with her new phone tomorrow she has paid for in full.
