I was promised by a store manager that I will be getting refunded for the early termination fee that was raised by EE for the Note 7.
This hole process has now taken so long to sort out I paid the amount of £681.39 to EE aim fear of it effecting my credit history so now I'm stuck I can not pay my credit card bill till all this gets sorted out.
I got a bill of £681.39 due to their negligence.
