I would give zero if I could. Reading gate store sent my phone to be repaired and it took three weeks. The worst bit is, they refused to repair it due to “water damage” even though it has not got wet and only 3 months old! But here’s the best part.. when they handed the phone back to me, there are two large cracks in each corner which were absolutely not there when I handed it to them. The response? A shrug of the shoulders and told to email customer service! Really? So customer service was called and after waiting 40 minutes to get through I’m told that they can’t do anything and it’s a store issue. So I go back to the store and guess what? Told “sorry nothing we can do, call customer services. So at this point I’m raging. I’m paying £30 a month for a phone which was NOT water damaged but damaged by car phone warehouse, obviously when they opened it up and they are claiming that the water damage is due to the crack which was not there when I handed it over. The store won’t do anything they have a don’t give a **** attitude. So I’m now stuck in a two year contract with a phone which is fit for the bin. Never ever again will I use carphone warehouse. I’m now having to go to trading standards. The stress this has caused me is crazy, awful way to treat customers!!!
