On the 13th of June, they said come back in 2 days time to get an early upgrade.
Went back on the 15th, and they said sorry but their early upgrade deal would not be available for at least 2 weeks, because of technical problems.
They said they were being told a certain date, but said there's no guarantie on the the day that it would be available.
