They promised that the Sony phone would work well in the USA .
When I got there - it did'nt. Upon my return to UK they refused to cancel the contract or supply another make of phone because I was outside the 14 day rule. I could not have known about this problem without going there - but no-one at carphone will listen. I am stuck with a semi-useless phone for 24 months. Not a way to treat your worst enemy!
