I bought a new phone from Carphone warehouse with a £100 trade in from my phone which was in good condition and good working order when I sent it off to them.
After a week,they contacted me and said my phone was no good and offered me£30, so I asked them to send it back.
After another week and several calls and e-mails to them,I finally got it back,but it did not even power up,they had broken it.
I made several more e-mails and calls,non of which got answers.
