Stay well away, was advised to take out a contract with the new id network(carphone warehouses own network) the customer service is shocking nobody knows what they are doing, can't even change direct debit dates, can't reply to feedback messages,poor signal, website always down,they have now cut my phone off, after me trying to pay a £17.00 bill twice customer service advisordidnt know how to take a payment, had to demand to speak to a manager, he's told me it will take three days to sort out as he's off for two days unbelievable!
