Store staff claim they have not had a break and they have kept me waiting forever on many occasions, and unfortunately they have failed to fix my faulty phones on a number of occasions too.
Carphone Warehouse customer complaints department doesn’t get any better either, and it appears to me that they don’t understand the “Sale of Goods Act 1979” or the “Consumer Rights Act 2015”.
From now on I will only shop with Apple stores, as their customer service and products are miles better than some of the rubbish products which Carphone Warehouse sell.
