I cancelled a pay as you go phone with CPW and one month later still waiting for refund.
I have phoned 6 times and sent 4 emails and put in a complaint.
They say the cheque takes 14 days to arrive. Who sends cheques any more. ?
Will never do business with them again and customer service is woeful.
