Just got back from Carphone Warehouse shop and am spitting blood.
Bought a Samsung Note 4 less than a year ago and the charger has stopped working.
Was told that the phone is guaranteed for 2 years but the "bits in the box" are only guaranteed for 6 months. and as it's over 6 months since I bought the phone I'll have to pay £19.99 for a new charger!
How can they get away with that? Surely the Charger is an integral part of the phone.
No charger, no Phone, No?
