I ordered a phone online, when I phoned to chase order, Carphone warehouse took a further £69.99 from my debit card without my knowledge, after several emails and hours on the phone I finally got a refund nearly 3 weeks later. I did not receive callbacks when promised, I was refused to speak to a manager regarding my complaint and was offered £15 store credit for my inconvenience which I have declined. I am surprised that there is no governing body ensuring that Carphone warehouse treat their customers fairly and have complaints process
