Bought online to be delivered to currys nearby.... changed mind..process to get money back... HORRENDOUS!!..phone helpline says one thing and store ppl different.. explain with all u got but they'll tire u down to get ur cash.. DON'T give up...I will not stop..lesson learned..
Never trust mergers, 2 monsters, more shareholders , cheap and nasty practices combined and lesser service..
..Go to AO, Argos etc.theyre friendly and more "familiar"..
