I ordered a tablet on the internet. The next day I received an email stating they had been unable to take the payment. A few days later I checked bank acc and noticed money had been taken. Tel customer service and was told that I had received the wrong email and they had taken the payment but item was out of stock. They said they could arrange a refund but would take 3-5 working days. Tel again after 5 working days as no credit and was informed refund wasn't processed until 3 days after I rang so it hadn't been 5 working days. tel again and was told refund hadn't gone through so would rearrange again but it could take 14 days for money to credit back in my account.
