I was unfortunate to be given a gift from my wife (a tablet) and took insurance.
Their customer service is beyond appalling!!. The left does not what the right hand is doing.They pass you from one person to the other
They answer in a very robotic manner,they patronize you and extremely unhelpful. All i can say that if you have to purchase an item pay a bit more and buy from John lewis where the service is excellent.
For your sanity do not purchase from them ,you will regret it!!!
