Dreadful company!
Once they have your money they're not interested in any sort of customer service! After over a month of trying to get them to cancel a phone they had sent me in error, I eventually had to sort it out myself with EE directly - who were great, by the way.
I won't be dealing with Carphone Warehouse again!
