Bought a basic cheap Pay as you Go phone recently as am an older person and use it rarely - shop was full of people spending a lot of money BUT the assistant couldn't have been more helpful or given me more time in talking me through all the simple bits most people would automatically know or work out for themselves. Was I impressed ! - and relieved he was so patient without making me look or feel stupid. That chap deserves a medal.
