I had to take my phone into Carphone warehouse over the weekend as it stopped working. Today I went back to collect it and was served by Patrick in the Beckenham branch. I can honestly say he was absolutely fantastic-went above and beyond by helping transfer all my photos and whatsapp contacts from my old phone to the replacement which tool a long time. I work in the public sector and appreciate how important customer service is and based on my experience today I will stay with carphone warehouse when I renew my contract later this year.
