Very poor service from store and customer service. Misinformed of delivery times and could not cancel order once done in store. Felt completely at their mercy unless I wanted to change network provider as could not cancel order to upgrade directly with o2. Also, carphone warehouse refused to cancel order till they received the handset, which is really troubling, as you are left with no choice at all.
Store in question was the one within Currys in south ruislip.
