Purchased a Samsung S7 Edge on EE. Pre ordered to receive the phone on 8th March. The phone didn't arrive in store, the manager was clueless to find out why! Tried to cancel the contract as O2 has them in stock on the same day.

A disgraceful company and I will never use a 3rd party again.
