Cancelled my S7 pre-order on the 1st of March and was advised the refund would take 3-5 days. After that time had passed I rang them up only to find out that the refund wasn't even actioned. It's day 14 now and still no refund, just many pointless customer service emails with no help at all.
My partner had to fight for his refund for three months involving many calls and emails as cpw messed up his excellent credit rating. Stay away and take your business elsewhere, you'll be without a doubt better off!
