Sent my phone to be repaired at my local Carphone warehouse very helpful staff.
Got two text messages saying that phone was in store ready to collect . Only to be told phone was not at the store ,don't know where it is and now got to wait for a claim .
Must say staff was annoyed that this had happened to several other people .
