1 1/2 years ago I i spent £400 on the recommended phone and tablet - both have been subject to normal use but have had to be returned in total six times -[ in both cases faulty charging) both of them being eventually written off. on top of this customer service was unhelpful and inconsistent.
i took my tablet to a little local shop who repaired it for £30. Will NEVER shop at carphone warehouse again.
