I found an I-phone 5 SE on offer on-line and went into the Carphone shop in the Curry's store in Rochdale. They offer a price match promise on one of their leaflets which states 'if you find a cheaper deal than ours on any smartphone, we'll match it and pay for your first month'.
On speaking to an assistant I was told that because it was not with with a 1st party and was a special deal that it did not count. I always thought that if it states'any deal' that was what was intended. Sadly not!
