Just like to say how rude and unhelpful carphone warehouse can be. My wife received a call at 7pm on the 11.05.2016 The representative run through various options to renew her out of contract iPhone, when he gave her the costing she replied, I have had a better offer, the rude sod then put the phone down. Just goes to show it is not all about looking after the customer. Cheers car phone warehouse, I would not give you any future business you horrible lot
