Just because I bought tariff on line from carphone warehouse, popped into my local store for help to resolve a problem.
I queued for over 35mins. finally got to see member of staff and explained the problem the he replied 'Sorry Sir I can't Help you since you purchase it on line. you have to check on line for help'
I was fuming and will not deal with that store ever again...
Was Not a Happy bunny at all.
