DO NOT buy a contract with their subsidiary - ID mobile. Horrendous customer service. They disconnected my number. I woke to an email informing me that if I contact them they'll restore my number....but they'd already disconnected me. A businesss mobile number! I've lost custom because of this and they couldn't rectify their mistake. Always get an Indian (and rude) customer service consultant when I try and get in touch.
Absolutely hopeless.
