Customer service..err what's that!
I bought a sincere phone recently. I placed the order by calling customer service, the person literally had no desire to speak on the phone. Read me the t &c script in one breath so I will not be able to get a word. Always, phone arrived, the battery drains off super fast and I want to return it. I call again explain myself, I say I want to return the handset irrespective as I am within the cooling off period. Response - the refund can only be given if they can establish it's a faulty phone otherwise not . I try saying I have the right to return as its only been a couple of day but to no avail. So, I heard before hanging up I can't return a product to get a refund within regulated return policy. Frustrated, I hung up!!
Surely this company can't be saying this!!!
