Ordered pay as you go phone, has not delivered as expected then called to customer service, waited for 15 minutes to answer an advisor after security check the advisor put on hold to confirm with warehouse but after 15 minutes holding she disconnected the line and never call Back .
Would you believe that same thing happened again in my second attempt.
