Sim only contract applied for and ready for delivery to store as I requested. Then they email me and say there is a problem.
Usual joke of on hold when I call them then when I get through they say call back later as system is down.
Any way they just sent me an email cancelling the sim that evening. Basically wasted lots of my time. I shall now go in store for a phone and walk out as they try to get me to sign on the line. I can waste time wasting thee time.
