Carphone warehouse Advertised an entertainment bundle with the phone that I was purchasing. I had to wait until my old number was ported over . This process took a month with various phone calls . Eventually it was sorted out and forgot about my entertainment bundle.when I contacted them I was passed from pillar to post calling a dozen different call centres but no one wanted to know. Carphone warehouse do not care about you once they've got your money.
