I work for currys pcworld in harlow essex,today (my day off)I decided to take up the offer of a phone upgrade,I went to my local carphone in store where I work,the customer service from Donald was 2nd to none,5/5 or even 10/10.I was treated as a customer not an employee,Donald showed excellent qualities,and had answers to all my questions.
