Very poor customer service. New iPhone purchased. Turned out to be faulty but five days later and numerous telephone calls to customer service no replacement arrived. Customer service just keep repeating that an "it error" occurred. Order has not even been processed. Phones not answered. Put on hold. Faulty goods should be replaced immediately, without question.
Would never use CW again.
