Advertised prices not what you pay! It did not include vat so my actual bill was much more than expected. When considering whether to buy from CPW I asked about my O2 Open discount, the salesman knew straight away about this discount and even worked out how much this discount would lower my monthly bill by. Shocked to find out after contract set up that O2 discount is only available if you take the contract out directly with O2, not through a 3rd party. Find it very hard to believe CPW salesman didn't know this. So for 2 years I've been trapped into paying £8/9 a month more than I was expecting due to misleading sales tactics. My advice - steer well clear!
