Untrustworthy company. I have been contacting them constantly for my refund after cancelling an order. They keep saying the refund will be in my account in 3-5 days but when it's still not in there, they make up some excuse and tell me the same thing. This has been going on for over a month and it's clear they're just not going to return my money.
I can't believe a high street retailer would behave like this. Terrible customer service. I will never be buying anything from these thieves again.
