New contract kept old number discrepancies
Would like to personally thank Louise from the Bury St Edmunds branch for ALL her help regarding confusion of new phone contract, regards to keeping old phone number from previous phone . Louise handled this professionally and with patients when phoning through to get assistance from O2 . After having new phone and unable to use & receive the basic functions of a phone im now pleased to say I do believe after 6 days im now up & running. Give credit where deserved many thanks Louise & assistance from O2
