I recently purchased a new handset, no contract, no SIM, just cash up front. I was asked would I need insurance to which I replied, no, insurance is not worth the paper it is written on rather smugly. The Salesperson then replied well you will need to sign a declaration to say that you have insurance and that you have tuned down ours. It's Policy he said. Well stuff you and stuff your Policy. I am the customer, how dare you make such demands just to sell me a product? Never again though, you will never see another penny from me ever again.
