Great customer service. My husband bought a new phone on contract in Newbury. The salesman also sold him a case for his new iPhone 7. When we arrived back home to Swindon we realised the case was for an iPhone 6. We returned it to the Swindon store and without question were given the correct case for the phone. Bearing in mind the Newbury store manager had given my husband a discount on the case we were most impressed that the Swindon store were happy to make the switch. That's what I call good customer service.
