complete misinformation from the telephone/online service about ability to pick up a phone from the store - does not make it clear that the individual who bought it has to be there - what difference is that to having a delivery to the house. The online people reassured us that they would ring the store and arrange that the phone could be provided to my partner but another visit with passport; marriage certificate; credit card that i paid with and still not phone - data protection apparently - which I understand but this is going completely over the top and they gave us wrong information
